Due to the vision of the state represented by the Ministry of Higher Education for the modernization and development of university education and scientific research through the introduction of new techniques and devices are expensive, there was a need to encourage universities to develop and expand their own personal resources to be able to purchase scientific instrumentation. Thereby maximizing own resources is the indispensable need. And the Faculty of Science focused on work plans for the development of own resources and, most recently Plan 2011/2014 m, as well as 2014/2017 CE Approved plan of the College Board on 09/09/2015 m. And it was necessary to measure the impact and return on that plan.
